Gil Henzel

Chief Executive Officer

Gil has almost two decades of experience in the high tech industry. He creates and executes the overall strategic direction for Tangent Logic.

In his previous role, Gil served as VP Professional Services for Tangent Logic, overseeing the company’s national accounts and projects at a variety of world wide technology companies.

Gil has wide experience managing innovative products, consulting and software development work, coupled with significant international exposure.

Prior to joining Tangent Logic, Gil was in charge of Retalix (NASDAQ: RTLX), a global provider of point-of-sale and enterprise software solutions web products line.

During his 7 years of service in the Israeli Defense Forces, Gil served as senior system analyst, and as the IT department manager in a central technology group.

Mr. Henzel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management engineering from the University of Ben Gurion, Israel.

Oded Ouaknine

Vice President Products

As the Vice President of Products, Oded is responsible for Tangent Logic's complete line of service offerings, including client support and application engineering.

Oded has over a decade of experience in technology management: managing software development, services, products and account management, as well as IT systems architecture and designs geared toward addressing business needs of enterprises and consumers.

Prior to joining Tangent Logic, Oded served as the Director of Technical Services for SANRAD Inc., an IP SAN Company.

Oded has also held senior management positions with other companies. These include Director of Professional Services for MonoSphere Inc., am innovative storage capacity software virtualization company.

Before then Oded served in several research and development management roles for multiple companies delivering key products and services to enterprises and end-users.
